This policy explains what we collect when you sign up for the She Sellz Stuff masterclass, what we do with it, and how to make us stop. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Who we are

She Sellz Stuff is a trading name of Princess Marketing LLC, an ecommerce education business run by Christianna Hurt. You can reach us at christianna@shesellzstuff.com about anything on this page, including a request to delete your information.

What we collect

When you register for the masterclass we ask you for:

• your first and last name
• your email address
• your mobile phone number

We also record which webinar session you registered for, whether you attended, and basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as the page you arrived from.

What we use it for

• Sending you your personal join link, and reminders in the days and hours before the session so you actually turn up.
• Registering you with Zoom, which is what generates that join link.
• Telling you about our products and future sessions by email and text, until you tell us to stop.
• Understanding how many people register and attend.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages

We only text people who gave us their number themselves and ticked the consent box on our sign-up form. We never buy, rent or import phone number lists.

Texts carry your join link, the session date and time, and reminders before the session starts. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies depending on when you register.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP to any message, or email us, for help.

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Emails

Registering signs you up for emails about the session and about what we sell. Every one has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of companies to run this, and they only ever get what they need to do their job:

• Zoom, to register you for the session and give you a join link.
• GoHighLevel, which stores our contact records and sends our emails and texts.
• Whop, which processes payments if you buy something. We never see or store your card details.
• Vercel and Neon, which host this site and its database.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact record until you ask us to delete it. Your unique join link expires and is purged shortly after the session it belongs to has ended.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• Click unsubscribe in any email to stop emails.
• Email christianna@shesellzstuff.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.

Children

This site is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will tell you by email.
