These are the terms you agree to when you register for a She Sellz Stuff masterclass, sign up for our messages, or buy one of our products. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

She Sellz Stuff is a trading name of Princess Marketing LLC, an ecommerce education business run by Christianna Hurt. Contact us at christianna@shesellzstuff.com.

What we actually sell

We sell education, not an income. Our masterclass and our products teach a method for reselling. They do not guarantee that you will earn anything, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of earnings.

Any figures we mention are illustrative examples of how the method works, or results a specific person got. They are not typical, and they are not what you should expect. What you make depends entirely on your own effort, your market, your pricing and your circumstances. Most people who sign up for a free course never finish it.

Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Please talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.

Marketplace rules are not ours

eBay, Walmart, Target, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace and Shopify each set their own seller rules, and those rules change. You are responsible for reading and following the current policies of any platform you sell on, including their rules on dropshipping and on sourcing from another retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Registering for the masterclass

Registration is free. Your join link is personal to you, so please do not forward or publish it. We may cancel or reschedule a session, and if we do we will tell you by email and text.

Messages you agree to receive

Registering signs you up for emails about the session and about what we sell. Ticking the consent box on the form signs you up for text messages containing your join link and reminders.

Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Whop. We never see or store your card details. The price, what is included and the refund terms for each product are shown on its checkout page at the time you buy, and those are the terms that apply to your purchase.

If something has gone wrong with an order, email christianna@shesellzstuff.com and we will sort it out.

Our material stays ours

The course material, videos, product lists, templates, copy and design on this site belong to She Sellz Stuff. When you buy something you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself. Please do not copy, resell, share or republish it, and please do not share your login or your access with anyone else.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may remove access for anyone who does.

Liability

We provide the site and our products as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the site or of anything we teach. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.
